Tangshan Jichang New Materials Co., Ltd. established in 2013 is located in Zuidong Economic Development Zone, Luannan County, Hebei Province at the coat of Bohai Sea, about 80km from Tianjin Port and about 10km from Tangshan Port, and separated from Caofeidian Industrial District by one river. Our company covers an area of 105mu, possesses 4,000m2 self-built R&D building and 28,000m2 steel structure factory. Our company engages in PVB film R&D, production and sales enterprise with the office, R&D and production functions. Equipped with modern production workshops, advanced production equipment, professional technicians, normalized production process and sound management mode, we focus on producing high-end PVB film products and providing professional services.
Our company produces PVB films with PVB resin powder and 3GO plasticizer and the tap casting technique. We possess 4 PVB film production lines, enabling the maximum width of 3400mm and thickness of 0.28mm-2.28mm. PVB film can absorb the impact energy. Glass with PVB film as the interlayer will not break up under impact. Characterized by the safety performance as well as extraordinary sound insulation, heat isolation and vibration prevention, this sandwich glass is widely applied to fields such as automobile, construction, bulletproof glass, PV, etc.
