PVB film is a polymer material formed by plasticizing polyvinyl butyral (PVB) and plasticizer 3GO. PVB film has excellent adhesion to glass, with characteristics such as good transparency, high mechanical strength, and heat resistance, making it a better adhesive material for manufacturing sandwich glass.

PVB film is a polymer material formed by plasticizing polyvinyl butyral (PVB) and plasticizer 3GO. PVB film characterized by excellent adhesion to glass, transparency, high mechanical strength and heat insulation is the best adhesive material for manufacturing sandwich glass.
Safety: PVB film can absorb external impact force, and enhance the anti-impact performance of glass. Even if glass is broken under the action of external impact, PVB film can still adhere glass fragments to reduce the harm to human body.
Sound insulation: PVB film can weaken the amplitude of sound waves, and then effectively isolate noises, enabling the sound insulation performance of sandwich glass to be far higher than that of ordinary glass.
Thermal insulation and energy conservation: sandwich glass made of PVB film can effectively reduce the pass of UV in daylight and obstruct the spread of heat.
Construction PVB film is 0.28-1.92mm thick and 600-3400mm wide.
