Tangshan Jichang New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2013 and is located in the Zui East Development Zone, Luannan County, Hebei Province, on the coast of the Bohai Sea. It is about 80 kilometers away from Tianjin Port and about 10 kilometers away from Tangshan Port. It covers an area of 105 acres and has built a 4000-square-meter R & D building and a 28000-square-meter steel structure factory building with office, R & D, production and other functions. The company has modern production workshop, advanced production equipment, professional and technical personnel, standardized production process and perfect management mode, focusing on creating high-end PVB film products and providing professional services.
Our company uses PVB resin powder and 3GO plasticizer as raw materials to produce PVB diaphragm by casting method. It has 4 PVB film production lines with a maximum width of 3400mm and a thickness of 0.28 mm-2.28mm. The PVB film can absorb the impact energy, and the glass laminated with the PVB film will not be broken when it is impacted. While it has safety performance, it also has excellent sound insulation, heat insulation, and shockproof functions; this laminated glass is widely used In automobiles, construction, bulletproof glass, photovoltaics and other fields.
